Log-in to Parent Portal
Click on “Attendance” icon from the Quick Links Menu
Click “Report an Absence”
Select student that will be missing class > click Next
Select the date your student will be absent > click Next
Select the class(es) your student will be absent
Enter the reason for absence
Click “Submit Absences”
When you report an absence through the Parent Portal, the Front Desk and Instructors are notified. EMAIL, CALL or COME by the Front Desk to schedule make-up classes through the end of the school year.

○ Multi-class discounts - Take more classes & save!
■ 2 classes = 5% off, 3 classes = 10% off, 4+ classes = 15% off your monthly tuition
○ Free General Admission to the Dance Concert for you, your family & friends
○ Digital Downloads of the Dance Concert Video

The Annual Membership Fee of $30 per student (formerly known as the Registration Fee) includes many benefits for
our families:
● VIP Early Enrollment Access & Discounts (i.e. You never have to pay the Membership Fee again if you enroll
early!)
● Summer Session Discounts
● Workshop & Event Discounts
● and more throughout the season!
Yes, paying annually is an available option that includes a 3% discount on Tuition! Please let us know if you would like to
be an Annual member!
