Volunteer Info

Volunteers still get to see their dancer(s) dance while making memories that will last a lifetime - and earn reserved seats too!  Just follow these 3 easy steps...

Step 1 - Sign up 

Log in to your Parent Portal, Find the Register drop down at the TOP (not the side), and click Volunteer to find your class/role.

Step 2 - Reserve Your Seats

Determine the # of Reserved Seats you can receive for each time you are signed up to help -

  • Check-In Crew = 2 seats

  • Dress Rehearsal Wardrobe Mistress = 3

  • Concert Wardrobe Mistress = 4

  • Concert Ushers/Door Attendants = 4

Maximum of 8 seats can be reserved. No other seats may be saved.

Do not reserve a seat for yourself during a concert in which you are a wardrobe mistress - All wardrobe mistresses will have front row seating while volunteering!

Step 3 - Attend a Volunteer Meeting

Saturday, May 9 or 16 from 1:15-2pm @ MKS in Studio A

These meetings are not required but are helpful!
